Refund Policy

. Return/Exchange Initiation– To initiate an exchange or return request, you can contact us at contact@strch.in.

2. If you are unable to ship the products back to us, we can arrange for a pick up. The pick up will be completed at the earliest possible date from the address to which the product was shipped to. Strch is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been handed over to the shipping carriers. Once your package has been transferred to our designated shipping carriers, the responsibility for its safe delivery shifts to them.

3. Days to Return/Exchange– The product return/exchange has to be initiated within 7 days from the time of product delivery.

4. Credit Money– Refunds for the returns will be processed within 5-7 working days from the successful return of the product..

5. Return/Exchange Process/Product Requirements– To be eligible for a return/exchange, your products must be in the same condition that you received them—unworn and unwashed, with the tags still attached. They must be in their original packaging, and you’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Only if our team finds the returned product in perfect condition can we further the return/exchange procedure. Kindly note that return/exchange of the product will be at our sole discretion.

6. Exchanged product shipping time

  • Standard shipping: Exchanged products will be shipped within 5-7 business days
  • Express shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days, after approval of the return of the product
  • Free express shipping for the exchanged products worth Rs. 5000/- or more

    Please note these timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, government restrictions, strikes or other carrier delays
