By 2023, we expanded into apparel, introduced carbon-neutral shipping, and hit our first 10,000 customers. A pivotal moment came in 2024 when we launched our ‘Recycle & Reward’ program, allowing shoppers to return used items for store credit—a first in our industry.
Today, NovaShop serves over 25,000+ mindful shoppers globally, partnering with 200+ ethical artisans.
